ELLYROS COMIXS CO. ANNOUNCES PHIL COMICS REVIVAL

THIS IS BREAKIGN NEW SPOEPLE THIS IS A CODE RED! WE GOT THE NEWS!

So as you all probably know from the headline, the comics divsion of ellyros studios just announced a real treat humdinger of a news story for us that being the return of Phil Coimics, the classic comics starring Phil and his pals. A few diehard fans of you may ask "but wait didn't pihl comics have one of the most deifnitive and tragic endings to a beloved ficvtional character since FR4NK 4? how could they possible revive it so?"

its certainly no easy task to continue the story after the nuclear bomb of na ending that Phil Comics presented us with.

for thos of you know in the not, heres a frresher. Phil comics began ints original run back in September 2010 and gained an imiediate following largely thanks to tis well paced humor and deep character writing, fleshing out the world of phil and his pals, many of whom were due to be featured in his animated escapdes but were unfortunetaly never offered the chance to do so prefunctly.

in a 2011 interview, CEO mike was asked about this decision and he gave this response, "You know we've really cultivated the masses into liking the creame of the crop that is the expanded Phil cast, and I would love to put them all into the series but unfortunately we at ellyros are still just a small independent studio. we won't become a global entertainment powerhouse until a couple years from now when we release finales to our hit shows like Frank, Just a Kid, and also Spongebob Untold Adventures which we don't currently own but we will once we force 658681 to go bankrupt and then they'll come crawling to us for a buyout. Until that happens we just dont have the manpower to bring all of Phil's friends to life. It's fine though because Phil himself is a one man  band of fun and flaughs. I'm laughing right now just thinking about all the whacky antics Phil will get into just on his lonesome! Whacky cartoons I tell you!"

anyways i lost my place while writing this but th epoint is Phil Comics are back and we're sure to see the return of Phil's lovable friends! but just WHO is writing the series? the penmanship of the original comics run was simply acute and its no small task to follow up the masterpiece of writing. we sat down for an exclusive interview with the new wrtiers of the comic, Mercuse Solotov and Menser Sodalin.

during this interview we learned some interesting tidbits about the upcoming revivial. heres they are in a countdown list form

1. THE STORY TAKES PLACE BEFORE THE ENDING
This is a big one for sure but Solotov and Sodalin were eager to explain their reasoning here. "Well that ending is just...its chefs kiss, really. I don't think I or Mercuse ever thought we had it in us to top the ending so naturally we decided to explore Phils life before that. really dive deep into this character, you know?" Menser nodded his head in approval. "We felt there was a lot of time unaccounted for between the start of the original run and Phils untimely but very sad and tragic demise, so we would like to explore that  bit and humanize him. It's what Phil woudl want I think."

2. EXPECT CHARACTERS BOTH OLD AND NEW
One thing on everyones minds when they haeard this news was, "WILL THEY BRING BACK BLOW BARN SHNIP SHNAM?" and both Solotov and Sodalin are also big fans so when they were offered the job they explained that one of the first things they wanted to know was if such a feat was even possible. for those not in the now, Blow Barn Shnip Shnam was an iconic Phil character that would often pop in for a spell and offfer phil some sage advice or the occasional hilarious quip to punctuate a moment. many will remember the eulogy he gave at Terry Justiles funeral during the "Phil Has a Friend With Terminal Cancer" Arc which brought many a tear to many a eye. It's one of the lesser known arcs in the comic because it was produced during a time when the budget for paper and ink was very limited at ellyros studios but WE remember and apparently so do Solotov and Sodalin. Ultimately, the two had this to say in unison: "Do not worry fans of Phil! Blow Barn Shnip Shnam will return and be more prominently featured than ever before!"

3. HOW LONG WILL THE SECOND RUN LAST
Its all well and good that they're starting this new Phil Comics run sometime during the first one but doesn't that mean it'll just end the same way? Well Solotov and Sodalin don't seem to think so! "At first we thought that we were writing ourselves into a corner," Sodalin said. "But then we realized that the world of Phil is vast and expansive like a gaping hole. It's entirely possible that this new run of Phil comics will carry on through past the point of Phils death and if that ever happens we would like to take that time to fully explore phil as a dead character and how that impacts the loved ones around him." Based on what these bright writers are saying it sounds to me like we're going to get another banger of a eulogy from Blow Barn Shnip Shnam, highly likely given at Phils funeral! Many fans were upset over Phils death but they took solace knowing that at least it meant they'd get another bad ass eulogy from Blow Barn Shnip Shnam. alas the original writer fo the comics broke our hearts by annoucning that the comic was ofiffical ocver, citing that he had done everything he wanted to with the comic, including having phil caught in a flash flood and also killing him.

when asked for comment, the original author of the Phil Comics had this to say, "I think it's great that the fans who grew up with Phil Comics are now getting the chance to right my wrongs and ammend my mistakes. Every day I wake up cursing my very name and every night i pray that i never wake up. i did a massive disservice to the phil comics legacy. it shames me to my core. my own children stopped giving me hugs when they realized i wrote the original phil comics and subsequently they pieced it together that that fact meant i had also written the ending of the phil comics. i tried to tell them i let a ghost writer finisht he series but then they just called me a hack piece of shit who only lied and dishonored comic fan bases. i cry so much my walls have water damage. im truly a wreck but i was blessed to have the chance to write phil comics but cursed to have the chance to ruin and tarnish them like i did. i can only hope mercy is delivered upon my soul. take my warningSolotov and Sodalin, do not make the same mistake i did! beware! beeeeeeware! BEEEEWAAAAARRRREEEE!"

4. SOLOTOV AND SODALIN PROVIDED US WITH A REAL TREAT
Before the interview wrapped, I asked the two aspiring 43 and 51 year old authors if we could have a taste of this new phil comics seriesa and they delivered promoptly! they whipped out some phresh phil comics right there on thae spot just for an exclusive ellyblog post! so for those of you thirsting for more phil comics let this quench your thirst until the official launch of the series sometime thisnextyears!
